An innovative entrepreneur with a focus on customer service, President and CEO Doris Phillips has been successful and active in the real estate industry for more than 30 years.
She has been featured for her accomplishments in My Business Magazine, the Birmingham Business Journal, and Good Housekeeping magazine. Doris was recognized for industry excellence as the Affiliate of the Year of both the Birmingham Association of Realtors® and the Bessemer Board of Realtors®.
Doris served as a long-time volunteer in the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders. Her additional community service work includes extensive volunteer efforts for Toys-for-Tots, Children’s Miracle Network, Children’s Hospital, Jesse’s Place, Family Connection and Camp Smile-A Mile.
In 2004 Doris founded the Circle of Love Foundation, a nonprofit which provides school supplies and Christmas gifts to children in need living at numerous Alabama women’s shelters and across rural communities, impacting thousands of children.
