An innovative entrepreneur with a focus on customer service, President and CEO Doris Phillips has been successful and active in the real estate industry for more than 30 years.
Doris is a unique and accomplished expert in real estate. She is an appointed title insurance agent in twelve states and a licensed real estate broker in eight states.
She has been featured for her accomplishments in My Business Magazine, MSN.com, Realtor Magazine, The Birmingham Business Journal, and Good Housekeeping magazine.

Doris served as a long-time volunteer in the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders. Her additional community service work has included extensive volunteer efforts for Toys-for-Tots, Children’s Miracle Network, Children’s Hospital, Jesse’s Place, Family Connection, and Camp Smile-A-Mile.
In 2004 Doris founded The Circle of Love Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit which provides school supplies and Christmas gifts to children in need living at numerous women’s shelters and across rural communities, impacting more than ten thousands children to date.
Doris enjoys cooking, almost non-stop consumption of audio books, exercise, music, dining, and quiet time at the lake. She is a native of metro-Birmingham, and resides in Hoover, Alabama with her husband Glenn and the half-tailed cat he found on the side of the road.
